The design concept behind Brasserie 66, was to embrace the term "brasserie" and potentialize it as much as possible. This type of restaurant stemmed from France; the purpose is to have a professional place to have diner any day of the week, in a relax atmosphere. This was accomplishing by creating a atrium in the front of the restaurant; a place where people converge with nature.
