Planning Secured for 30 Bedroom 7th floor Extension and Rooftop Terrace in Liverpool

We are delighted to confirm that Harcourt Architects have recently secured planning permission for an additional 30 no. Guest suites at Selina Liverpool together with a unique rooftop Terrace with Cabana and viewing platform .

The project involved an intervention to the rear portal concrete accommodation block which is adjacent to the Grade ii Listed Structure of the worlds’ first purpose built YMCA.

The development will add 30 high quality private guest suites that can be arranged either as double bedrooms or twin / quad rooms thus providing accommodation for up to an additional 120 guest per night.

The roof top terrace will provide a unique facility with unrivaled views of the grand and historic city of Liverpool.
